Returns & Exchanges
Syllaya is committed to providing our customers the highest quality products and service. We will accept returns/exchanges within 10-days of receipt on unused product only. All returns/exchanges require an authorization number, please contact customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) prior to sending back product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. All returns are subject to inspection and a 10% restocking fee.
